Main Job Responsibilities
1. Independently manage, design and implement projects in various stages on electoral and political reforms
2. Plan, execute and prepare reports including but not limited to 

a. Research and analyze electoral data to produce reports and studies
b. Use the RTI tool to collect relevant data on electoral and political issues. 
c. Political party watch - monitor various activities of political parties with respect to internal democracy, accountability, etc. 
3. Coordinate and manage communication with various stakeholders. The responsibilities include but not limited to
a. Suggest latest technologies and contribute to continuous updation of the content of websites
b. Proactively engage in media watch
c. Coordinate to ensure maximum dissemination of research reports and press releases
4. Plan, manage and participate in the outreach activities
a. Plan, organize and coordinate press releases and press conferences
b. Coordinate with partner network organizations to plan and implement activities related to electoral and political reforms
c. Interact with bureaucrats, like CEOs of different states for various electoral and political activities
d. Coordinate and contribute to outreach activities including newsletters, press releases, etc.
e. Plan ways to maximize public dissemination of the data using a variety of tools available

Required Skills 
o Proven track record of independently managing projects with multiple stakeholders
o A minimum of 2 years experience of managing teams
o Strong interest in electoral and political issues
o Excellent analytical, research, writing skills
o Ability to interpret and analyze the huge volumes of data and prepare reports.
o Good communication and interpersonal skills
o Willingness to travel is a plus

Qualification Postgraduate with 3 to 4 years of experience
