OutLawed, a student-run organisation that seeks to bolster citizen engagement with law and policy by educating people on various facets of Indian law, invited Ms. Shivani Kapoor (Program Officer- Legal at ADR) to speak on the topic "Public Authorities Under RTI" at their RTI Summit.
