"Mera Vote Mera Desh" voter awareness campaign for youths was organized by Odisha Election Watch in collaboration with ADR at Sanatan Harichandan Degree Mahavidylaya, Madanpur, in Kordha district on 31st March 2024.

Technical sessions, group discussions, talk shows, and open house discussions were carried on as a part of this campaign. It was attended by 102 youths along with the organization heads and teachers.

The organization leads and teachers also motivated young voters to participate in the electoral process by casting their vote without any biases. As they are the future of our nation it is their sacred duty to vote and also to motivate others for the same. The young voters also shared their worries and woes regarding the voting process through their questions, which were rightfully answered in this workshop. Overall, the event aimed to educate and motivate young voters to engage in the electoral process.

The campaign employed a comprehensive strategy, combining various methods to engage students. They presented a powerpoint presentation along with educational videos, explaining the electoral process and the importance of selecting eligible and ethical candidates. The campaign aimed to foster a culture of ethical voting and active civic engagement within the community. This process was facilitated by Mr. Jyotisankar Mohanty & Mr. Harihar Balabantaray.
