About 44 per cent of the recently sworn-in ministers successful Goa person declared criminal cases against themselves, retired of which three person superior charges filed against them, according to canvass rights assemblage ADR.

Goa Election Watch and the Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) person analysed the self-sworn affidavits of all 9 ministers, including Chief Minister Pramod Sawant.

The ADR said four (44 per cent) ministers person declared transgression cases against themselves and three (33 per cent) ministers person declared superior transgression cases against themselves.

According to the ADR report, superior criminals cases meant those offences which transportation punishment of five years oregon more.

All the ministers are crorepatis and the mean assets of these 9 ministers is Rs 19.49 crore, it said.

The curate with the highest declared full assets is Atanasio Monserrate from Panaji constituency with assets worthy Rs 48.48 crore. Govind Shepu Gaude from Priol constituency has the lowest declared full assets at Rs 2.67 crore.

Eight Goa ministers person declared liabilities, retired of which Nilesh Cabral of Curchorem constituency has the highest liabilities at Rs 11.97 crore.
