The School for Democracy, the Bangalore International Centre (BIC), and the Dey family, organised the 5th P.K. Dey Memorial Lecture at BIC, situated in Domlur, Bangalore, on 18th June 2024, on the topic-“Transparency, Accountability and the Threat to Independent Institutions in India’s Democracy”. Prof. Trilochan Sastry (Chairman, Founder Member & Trustee of ADR) and Maj Gen Anil Verma (Head of ADR) were the speakers.
