The study besides mentioned that 17 specified ministers person declared superior transgression cases against them. ADR has analysed the self-sworn affidavits of 32 retired of 33 ministers, including the Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Deputy CM Tejasvi Yadav. 

15 retired of 17 RJD ministers person declared transgression charges, portion 11 person declared superior transgression charges. Similarly, 4 retired of 11 ministers from JD(U) person declared transgression charges portion 3 of them person superior transgression charges.

Congress has 2 ministers successful Bihar Cabinet and some of them person declared transgression charges against them. The study said that 1 of the 2 has declared superior transgression charges.

The ADR study said that retired of the 32 ministers, 27 (84 percent) ministers are crorepatis and the mean plus of the 32 ministers analysed is Rs 5.82 crores. Minister Samir Kumar Mahaseth of RJD from the Madhubani constituency posses the highest assets worthy Rs. 24.45 crores.
