West Bengal Election Watch (WBEW) organised a Debate Competition on “Reservation of seats for women in the Parliament and Legislative assemblies for uplifting women in Indian Politics” for the senior students of Bankdaha Dhiren Smriti Vidyalaya in Bankura District on 16th February 2023. The Jury consisted of Ms Sabina Yasmin, social worker and poet, Shri Rajiblochan Dasgupta, Principal of Dhiren Smriti Vidyalaya and Smt Rashmi Roy and Shri Subir Dasgupta, volunteers of WBEW. Two hundred-three students participated in the competition.
