More than 21% of the 173 candidates contesting in the 1st phase of the #Manipur Assembly elections have criminal cases & 16% have serious criminal cases against them while 53% are 'crorepatis'. 24 candidates have assets valued at Rs 5 cr & above, a report of the ADR said.
