In rural Bihar, the top voter concerns were employment (50 per cent), availability of water for agriculture (48 per cent) and farm loans (42 per cent) and the government performed below average on all three areas.

Employment (47 per cent) continues to be a huge concern for the urban voters other than drinking water (46 per cent) and better (43 per cent).
