CHENNAI: Jobs, health and water top the priorities of Tamil Nadu voters, who find the government’s performance on these parameters as below average, a survey by Association of Democratic Reforms(ADR) shows.

poor

Participants of the survey done across all 39 Lok Sabha constituencies in the state gave a score of below 3 which is the average on a scale of 1 (bad) to 5 (good). “The Tamil Nadu Survey Report 2018 shows the government has neglected people’s priorities. The TN government has performed poorly on all the top 10 governance issues as rated by voters,” said ADR founder Jagdeep Chokkar.

Unemployment received the lowest score for the government’s performance, followed by hospitals and primary health care centres and water.
