Delhi: Delhi saw history being created when Aam Aadmi Party leader Arvind Kejriwal led Bharatiya Janata party won a massive mandate in the assembly polls winning 67 of 70 seats in the national capital. According to a report by Delhi Election Watch and Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) based on the self-sworn affidavits of all newly elected MLAs in the Assembly Elections, 23 of 67 party MLAs have declared criminal cases against themselves. On the other hand, one out of the three BJP MLAs elected to the assembly have declared criminal cases. Below are further details of the report about the 70 MLAs of the Delhi Assembly.

The percentage of vote share was calculated by dividing the votes polled for the winner by the total number of valid votes. This value represents the percentage of votes won by the winning candidate among the total number of valid votes polled. Margin of victory for each winner in the Delhi Assembly elections, 2015 is calculated by dividing the difference between the votes polled for the winner and votes polled for the runners up by the total number of valid votes polled in the constituency.

Crorepati MLAs: Out of the 70 newly elected MLAs, 44 (63%) are crorepatis. Out of the 70 MLAs in Delhi 2013 assembly elections, 51 (73%) MLAs were crorepatis and in the 2008 Delhi Assembly elections, 47 (69%) out of 68 MLAs analysed were crorepatis. High Asset MLAs: Out of the 70 newly elected MLAs, 11 (16%) MLAs have total assets worth more than Rs. 10 crores.
