NEW DELHI: A day after the Delhi high court slammed Congress and BJP for accepting foreign funding in violation of FCRA rules, AAP challenged the two parties to disclose donors names. According to data analyzed by Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) 80% of the funds received by the parties is from unknown sources.

"The silence of these two parties on the Delhi High Court's judgment which held them guilty of accepting foreign funds in violation of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act makes it clear that the Congress and the BJP are hand in glove on the issue of taking huge financial favours from corporate houses in return of providing them undue benefits wherever these two parties are in government," AAP said in a press release today.

AAP demanded that Election Commission should monitor the probe into the foreign funding of Congress and BJP, stating that the Home Ministry, which had virtually given a "clean chit" to these two parties, cannot be expected to complete an impartial investigation.
