• Discussion on the Supreme Court's judgment making it mandatory for the candidates to file self-sworn affidavits declaring full information regarding their criminal background.
• Discussion on Supreme Court judgment setting aside clause 8(4) of the RPA - MPs and MLAs barred from holding office on being convicted by a court.
• Discussion on Supreme Court judgment on appointment of CEC & ECs.
• Other advocacy initiatives by ADR for electoral literacy.
