Of 1,138 candidates who’re contesting the Haryana meeting election, 117 or 10 per cent have declared felony instances in opposition to themselves, whereas 70 have declared critical felony instances in opposition to them, in response to the Haryana Election Watch and Affiliation for Democratic Reforms (ADR).
