The top three candidates with the highest assets are BJP’s Naveen Jindal ( Rs 1,241 crore), BJD’s Santrupt Mishra ( Rs 482 crore), and AAP’s Dr Sushil Gupta (Rs 169 crore).

As per a report by the Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) and the National Election Watch released on Thursday, 338 candidates (39%) contesting in the upcoming phase 6 of the ongoing Lok Sabha polls are crorepatis.
Out of 70 of the BJP fighting in this phase of elections, 48 candidates have assets of over Rs 1 crore. The Congress has 20 (80%) crorepati candidates.
The average asset per candidate in this phase is Rs 6.21 crore. The BJP has 51 candidates whose average assets per candidate is Rs 42.21 crore while 25 Congress candidates have average assets of Rs 15.13 crore.
