In this episode, the panellists focus on how to enable the “Migrant Resident Indians" (MRIs) to cast their vote from anywhere. Additionally, they discuss the modalities that need to be worked out by the ECI, government and other relevant agencies to ensure timely and effective implementation of a framework that extends hassle-free voting facilities to the MRIs.
