Citizens' Forum India (CFI) organised an online interactive session on "Bihar SIR" on 16th August 2025. Prof Chhokar (Founder Member & Trustee of ADR) could not participate as the speaker. Hence, Maj Gen Anil Verma (Retd) (Head of ADR) and Neha Rathi were the speakers at the event.
