Under the joint aegis of Bihar Election Watch and ADR, a seminar on "Citizens and Right to Vote in Democracy" was organized on 14th September 2025 at Gandhi Museum, Patna. Before the program, a heartfelt tribute was offered to the Late Prof Jagdeep Singh Chhokar (Founder Member & Trustee of ADR). Renowned social workers, journalists, intellectuals, writers, lawyers, theatre artists, and others from Bihar were present. The people of Bihar remembered his tireless efforts for political and electoral reforms, including SIR.

Along with various civil society organizations, prominent representatives of political parties such as CPI, CPM, CPI-ML, and BJP participated in the seminar and presented their views on the topic.
